Belief like any other moving body follows the path of least resistance.

Samuel Butler

The TPR are the activities that involve moving the body.

1. I thought that the first activity should practice stretching and exercise. I would make a story as we moved on with all the stretches and each work out would become something that was in the story. While doing certain poses like for example reaching out to the ceiling, I would say to the children that the main character became a tree.

2. My second idea is very similar to the first. I would ask my students to choose a story, tell it but also ‘show it’ to the classmates by using their hands or simply acting. There are many good websites that could help the teachers with putting some fun.

3. Overall ART can help students learn. If the students study about a different country they can 'make' something from that culture. Masks of Venice, Coloring Skulls for the 'Day of the Dead' how it is in Mexico, and Origami from Japan.

If the teacher has no idea about Origami or any other types of art, Youtube has many other movies that can be helpful.
